Following the raft of promotions reported last week [WAMN: 29-Sep-00], yet more changes in the corridors of power at Chicago-based Bcom3, holding company for the D’Arcy and Leo Burnett agency networks.

D'Arcy Worldwide chairman-ceo Arthur Selkowitz joins the senior management line-up at Bcom3 as vice chairman and chief client officer, while Briton John Farrell, currently boss of D’Arcy North America, Europe, Middle East/Africa and president of D'Arcy Transatlanic, is promoted to president-ceo, D'Arcy Worldwide.

A former sales promotion guru, Farrell was also one-time president of the UK’s Institute of Sales Promotion.

Meantime, Brad W Brinegar, chief operating officer at Leo Burnett USA, is named chief executive of Leo Burnett Worldwide as of January 1 2001.
