LONDON - In what appears to be a backstage settlement between Interpublic Group and Sir Frank Lowe, the US holding company has agreed to lift the contractual restrictions on former Lowe London chairman Paul Weinberger, enabling him to rejoin his erstwhile colleague's start-up shop, The Red Brick Road.
