Johnson & Johnson Adopts eToys’ BabyCenter

Recent dotcom casualty eToys has agreed to sell its parent-targeted site to healthcare giant Johnson & Johnson for $10 million in cash.

J&J will incorporate the San Francisco-based site into its Consumer Companies division.

The agreement is part of the sale of assets by eToys as it prepares to file for bankruptcy [WAMN: 27-Feb-01].
