IPA Unveils Half-Yearly review of UK Ad Scene

In its half year review published July 26, Britain’s Institute of Practitioners in Advertising reports that despite the current economic gloom besetting the nation’s ad industry, its corporate membership increased by five per cent in the six months to Jun 30.
