ING Direct Seeks New Shop for $30–$50m Biz

New York-based online banking firm ING Direct has launched a review of its $30–$50 million account without inviting incumbent Howard, Merrell & Partners in Raleigh, North Carolina, to participate.

The client’s parent, Dutch insurance and financial services giant ING Group, awarded its US duties to New York’s DDB Worldwide in September.
