HSBC Banks £10m on Lowe Lintas

International banking corporation HSBC, one of Britain’s big four high street banks, is to transfer its £10 million UK account from incumbent St Luke’s, an independent hotshop run along co-operative lines, to Interpublic-owned Lowe Lintas & Partners Worldwide.

Lowe, which already handles HSBC’s international business, triumphed in a three-cornered battle versus St Luke’s and Bates UK.
