Eighteen advertising agencies have been shortlisted for the IPA Advertising Effectiveness Awards 2000. Whittled down from a total of 55 entries [WAMN: 18-Sep-00], the shortlist comprises thirty-three different brand campaigns.

This year's Awards will feature for the first time a discrete category of case histories from markets outside the UK. The winners will be announced in November.
