LONDON/WASHINGTON: The deadline for the $10,000 Warc Prize for Ideas and Evidence has been extended to 2 June 2010.
The Prize, which is free to enter, is a global search to identify innovations in effective integrated communications, and will be awarded to the best case study uploaded to www.warc.com/prize.
Alex Bogusky, chief creative insurgent of MDC Partners and founding partner of Crispin Porter + Bogusky, will be chairing the panel of judges.
Gerry D'Angelo, the media director of Kraft Foods Europe, and Bryan Easton, the global head of sponsorship at Nokia, are among the recently announced additions to the panel.
They will join other senior marketers such as Simon Pestridge, global brand director, sportswear at Nike and Linda Kovarik, regional creative director, Asia Pacific for Coca-Cola.
Sital Banerjee, global head of media at Philips, and Charlotte West, South Asia regional marketing director for Reckitt Benckiser, are also among this group.
Laura Chaibi, director of EU research at Yahoo, Tim Broadbent, global effectiveness director of Ogilvy & Mather Beijing and Gabriel Saenz de Buruaga co-ceo of Havas Digital will all represent the ad industry.
Nigel Morris, ceo of Aegis Media North America, Tony Wright, chairman of Lowe + Partners Worldwide and John Woodward, planning director of Publicis Worldwide are also on the panel.
