Correction: Young & Rubicam

In our issue dated 30-Jul-04 under the headline 'Y&R Centralizes US Operations To Focus On Bottom Line', we wrote: Who needs six North American offices in cities such as New York, San Francisco and Detroit? Not WPP Group's Young & Rubicam Advertising, it seems.
    This could be taken to imply that there would be office closures. It has now been made clear to us that this is not the case and that all Y&R's US offices will continue to operate.
    We apologise to readers and to Young & Rubicam for having given any unintentional impression to the contrary.
