Carat Restructures to Better Serve Clients

The Carat media agency network, part of the Aegis Group, is to restructure in an effort to improve client service and focus on digital and integrated media solutions.

The London-headquartered business will be split into six client teams each with their own strategist, buyers, planners and finance specialists. Present department heads will be asked to apply for jobs as client heads, each reporting to Steve Hobbs, currently media planning director.

Comments an agency spokeswoman: "Carat is currently appraising its internal structure to ensure it continues to offer the best possible service and reflect customers' evolving needs."
