Capital Radio to Report Reduced Profits as Ad Revenue Tumbles 15%

Capital Radio Group is expected to post a year-on-year drop in pre-tax profits from £41.3 million to £30m.

The group has been hit by a 15% fall in ad revenues over the last twelve months. It has restructured, issued two profit warnings and disposed of its TV assets [WAMN: 18-May-01; 02-Aug-01].
