CBS Folds Web Interests into TV

Network CBS has become the latest media group to integrate its internet interests with its TV arms. However, unlike similar reorganizations at NBC and CNN, no jobs will be lost.

CBS chairman Leslie Moonves told employees that the entertainment sites at will from now on report to the president of CBS Entertainment Nancy Tellem.

Similarly, online ad sales move within the remit of Joe Abruzzee, president of ad sales for the whole TV network, while becomes answerable to president of CBS News Andrew Heyward.
