29 August 2006

LONDON: The UK's third largest commercial TV broadcaster Five has unveiled the launch programming for its two new digital channels Five US and Five Life, both due to launch in October.

The former, wholly (and cheaply) dedicated to US programming, will launch on Sunday 15 October, airing daily between 4pm and 1am. One day later Five Life, targeting a female audience, will commence daily transmissions between 6am and 11pm.

Effuses Five's director of programmes Dan Chambers: "We are delighted to have the latest Stephen King adaptation on Five US and to have such incredible talent taking part in each episode".
