BMI Christens Budget Baby

The new budget airline unveiled last week by bmi british midland [WAMN: 10-Jan-02] will be named bmibaby, the company has revealed.

The no-frills unit, designed to fight off competition at bmi’s East Midlands base from rival discount operator Go, will be backed by a £5 million ad campaign to be launched next week.
