AOL TW to Facilitate Cross-Media Deals with UK Ad Council

22 July 2002

AOL Time Warner has established a formal British ad council to coordinate its disparate media interests and make it easier to offer advertisers cross-media deals.

The council, similar to an existing institution in the US, will include representatives from magazine group IPC Media, the UK arm of America Online, Time, Turner (whose assets include CNN and the Cartoon Network) and Warner Bros.
