About the company
Snap Surveys, one of the UK’s market leaders, was formed in 1981 and provides survey software and research services. The company has offices in London, Bristol, and Portsmouth, NH, in the US. In addition, we have re-sellers across Europe, South America and Australasia.

The company develops, markets and sells software and services under two main brands.

  • Snap Survey Software – Survey software for the design, distribution and analysis of paper, telephone, email, web, PDA, tablet, kiosk and mobile phone surveys. Full technical support services. Full training facilities. The software has over 25,000 users in 40 countries worldwide with a very large user base within the UK public and private sector.
  • SurveyShop – Snap’s outsourcing division is a team of highly skilled and qualified researchers, statisticians, technicians and data preparation administrators. They can provide as little or as much assistance with your survey project as required. Services cover all aspects of survey management, including questionnaire design and consultancy, printing and mailing, online hosting, response management, coding, data entry, analysis and report writing.

Distinctive features
Snap is an integrated software system that provides an easy-to-use and common interface from design and publication to collection and analysis. Web surveys can be hosted on Snap’s own server with automated invite and reminder facilities.

Survey Analysis is comprehensive but easy to use and can be carried out on a local PC or online, by both researchers and clients with the appropriate login facilities.

The company prides itself on its high level of support facilities, both at the pre- and postsales stages, with helpful demonstration, training and HelpDesk facilities.

At all stages of the survey process, our outsourcing team, SurveyShop, can assist you, providing design and sampling expertise, data editing and verification, survey analysis and report production.
