About the company NIPO Software is a global software vendor specialising in the market research industry. We provide industrial software for all aspects of market research. This encompasses questionnaire design, data collection, tabulation, overviews of fieldwork progress and advanced data analysis. This functionality enables our clients to implement surveys for, for example, customer and employee satisfaction using CAWI, CATI, CAPI, CASI, or a mixture of these channels. Being owned by the leading market research institute in the Netherlands, TNS NIPO, our survey software is used in-house and marketed to third parties.
Licensing the NIPO Fieldwork System Collecting data online has become very easy with the NIPO Fieldwork System for Web Interviewing. The NIPO Fieldwork System integrates CAWI and CATI into one powerful instrument. This new instrument allows both administered and self-completion surveys to be conducted across multiple channels.
Hosting your survey with NIPO Software As well as providing organisations with complete software solutions, NIPO Software also supplies hosting facilities. Through a special fieldwork department your surveys will run on the NIPO Software infrastructure from our servers located in Amsterdam. You can design your own questionnaires or, alternatively, NIPO Software can do this job for you as well.
Other services We frequently receive requests for (temporary) programming or coding capacity. This prompted the set-up of a new department to focus on scripting questionnaires, coding of open answers and creating table reports. If your company is currently in need of extra hands, do not hesitate to contact us.
Distinctive features NIPO Software originated from the first market research institute in the world to create its own software for data collection and analysis. The constant, close cooperation between computer experts and researchers has led to the development of highly practical and complete survey software solutions. Since 1986 NIPO Software has been offering proven technology.
