Askia provides software to the market research industry for the design and analysis of CATI, CAPI and CAWI surveys. Additionally using askiavista for online analyses your clients can connect to your server and have access to their data in real-time to run their own counts and cross-tabs at any time.

Survey facilitation/analysis
Askiavista is the solution for managing control, access and analysis of online data. Surveys can be composed of one or several subquestionnaires. You can control and define access and user rights, and access to specific questions, sub-populations and weightings from CATI, CAPI and CAWI questionnaires.

Other services
We provide a web questionnaire design-andhost service for clients who need to run ad hoc surveys or who may not have the relevant hardware at their disposal. We can administer the sending of invitation emails from the client database and offer access to data as required.

Training and technical support
Full training is offered to all new and existing clients, either at the respective Askia office or client site, whichever is more convenient to the user. Technical support, via phone, email or Askia’s Users-Area on our website. Clients can be provided with 24-hour support as necessary. Software problems are dealt with immediately: ‘Will be fixed in the next version’ is not an option. Business-critical requirements, not provided by Askia, will be developed in days, not weeks or months.
