PARIS: French television group TF1, owned by the giant Bouguyes conglomerate, has announced a management suite shuffle. Ceo Patrick Le Lay is to be succeeded by Nonce Paolini, currently chief operating officer of Bouygues Telecom.

Le Lay will remain non-executive president of TF1 while he leads the group's move into other areas of business.

Also stepping down later in the year are executives Etienne Mougeotte and Claude Cohen.
