NEW YORK: A week after Richard Beaven was anointed heir to Alec Gerster's worldwide ceo crown at global media network Initiative, a management suite shuffle has promoted Tim Spengler (pictured) to president of Initiative USA and Alan Cohen to president of Initiative West.
Spengler will be responsible for all aspects of the company's business development and operations in the US. He also joins the IPG-owned Initiative Worldwide leadership team, reporting to Beaven.
Cohen, previously evp and MD of Initiative West, will manage the network's innovation and entertainment practice in the US, with additional responsibility for the firm's west coast-based clients and business. He will also join the leadership team.
