I read Richard Lipsey's First Principles of Economicsduring my first year at university. This classic textbook easily introduces readers to economic basics through thoroughly understandable explanations and real-life examples. Although a mandatory part of my curriculum, this book actually made me want to read more about the subject. I hate to admit it, but Lipsey's book is probably the only textbook I ever read front to back. I devoured it; his presentation and logistical thinking...
