I grew up in a creative agency – that Is an agency with a "creative image." I started at Leo Burnett iin 1948 and twenty-two years later in 1970 became president of that agency. Along the way, I worked in, or had management responsibility for, just about every department but the creative department, (although I didn't work in traffic or the finance department).
