Intel, in Brazil, wanted to target first-time computer purchasers in the 25 to 45 age bracket. Realising they were unlikely to know much about computers, Intel produced a buyer’s guide laying out the basics of choosing and using them including the requirement for high quality processors ie Intel’s own.
