John was diagnosed with Parkinson's at the age of 23. He wants to set straight the one in seven people who incorrectly think only older people get the condition. He also wants scientists to find a cure, and for more people to know about the UK's biggest Parkinson's charity, so that no one has to face Parkinson's alone.
