This presentation was delivered to the Media Research Group conference, held in November 2010. Guy Holcroft of GfK NOP Media presented findings on the subject of media multitasking by UK consumers demonstrating that nearly half of our waking hours are spent using media and communications, while a fifth involves multitasking.
Included are charts covering media activities with the highest daily reach, average amount and time spent on media consumed, differentiation by age group, mobile phone use and how much attention different activities merit....
