'Change - The Future Communications Ecology' was the theme for discussion at the Media Research Group's 2010 Conference held in Malta, attended by 160 senior delegates from media agencies, media owners and research companies, including representatives from ESPN, Discovery Communications Europe, comScore, BBC Worldwide, Ipsos, Kantar Media, JCDecaux and Nielsen.
