INTRODUCTION

This paper builds upon a previous paper by Vision Critical titled "Best Practices in Mobile Research" and the findings were presented in Chicago at the Online ESOMAR conference in 2009. That paper examined the increased interest and use of mobile devices for market research data collection due to the fact that smartphones with web-browsers are slowly changing how online surveys are received and completed by respondents with these devices; especially those with iPhones.
