This year's CMO conference at the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute in Zürich had an ambitious theme. Chaired by David Thorpe of the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing, the day's presentations and knowledge workshops explored the major challenges facing marketers charged with delivering high performance.
