This presentation focuses on "Heavy C2C Shoppers" - people who often buy goods on consumer-to-consumer websites, such as eBay.
This group is more likely to be a spender, rather than a saver - and to make impulse buys of goods they cannot afford. They see themselves as "keeping away from the Joneses", hunting out unique products with special qualities to express their individuality. They like to keep up with the latest technology - and like to feel well-connected. Compared to other groups, they are more likely to post online product and store reviews, and to forward useful links to others. They appreciate companies who offer an easy way to give feedback....
