Parked outside your scribe's favorite Downsville watering hole (O'Flaherty's Hawaiian Bar and Grill) was a police patrol car. Following O'Flaherty's last call the officer noticed a man leaving the bar so intoxicated he could barely walk.

Stumbling round the parking lot, the drunk tried his keys on five different vehicles...
