Reams are being written about the subject, but organisational culture is quite simply the sum of the way people within individual organisations do things. It's how they interact and relate to each other. Hopefully, in pursuit of the goals of the organisation.

Brands, on the other hand, are seen as the external manifestation of the organisation, viewed through the eyes of the customer. All brand management activity is in support of the goals of the organisation. Or is it?
