This is Kyle, a typical 23 year-old living in Victoria. Without the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) campaign it is just possible that he would be dead. For many thousand Victorians are alive today who otherwise might not be.

Kyle's attitude to driving and his behaviour on the roads have been shaped by the campaign to which he has been exposed since he was eight-years-old.
