We are all familiar with the frequent by-lines, 'The New Multicultural America' or 'The Changing Face of America', referencing the surge in the ethnic population. These articles, along with the 2000 Census, reinforce what the ethnic media has been saying for decades: the ethnic community is a viable market and is growing in leaps and bounds.
