Data is Key to New S&N Loyalty Schemes

Following nearly a year of evaluation and trialling, Scottish and Newcastle Retail (S&N), one of Britains best-performing pub, bar and restaurant operators, relaunched its customer loyalty schemes across its nationwide network of 500 restaurants late last year.
Running on a single, newly implemented infrastructure, incorporating combined payment and loyalty terminals, the scheme brings together three existing discount at the point of sale programmes.
