This likely ITV sales line-up may not yet be final, nor popular with clients, agencies and regulators. But at least it will end the instability of the last three years which seems to have put some advertisers off TV altogether and help the Network Centre to market more effectively. Clients still hope for an advertising-financed Channel Five. The network's satellite and C4 competitors, who on the whole relished the recent chaos, have mixed feelings about ITV's new consolidation...
