Back to the Future: A bad interview saved by a good CQ
I haven't actually kept count, but I reckon I have probably interviewed a couple of hundred people over the past twenty years for various advertising positions. Mostly for planning and strategy-type jobs, of course, but a fair few for management roles, as well. Most candidates have been interesting and charming.
