Most people do a bit of online research, book a test drive and then buy a car. Not growing numbers of Renault customers, however, who the company says are willing to buy a new vehicle with a few clicks of their mobile phone – provided they have access to a sufficiently rich digital experience of the brand and the product beforehand.
