Heather has 30 years' experience in market research and media strategy. Previous roles include marketing director for part of Nestlé and marketing/strategy consultant for PwC.

She has worked in neuro-marketing for over ten years, and is a founder of Neuro-Insight UK, the market research company that uses brain imaging technology to measure how the brain responds to communications.
