With default loans totalling more than half a billion dollars, Inland Revenue needed to remind overseas based borrowers of their student loan commitments. Using the latest data technologies, FCB launched a global digital manhunt– a test-and- learn platform that became increasingly sophisticated at determining who and where these 'unfindable' were. The campaign delivered unprecedented results: contact details for defaulters increased by 39% and repayments increased by 42% to $71.7M.
