What were the objectives for the creative work?

In 2012 1 in 5 young people were out of work in the UK. In the midst of the recession, youth unemployment had risen at double the rate of main unemployment by 2012 (Figure 1). By September, 1.02 million young people were unemployed-the highest rate in 17 years.
