Employing 3,300 staff in its home town of Rochester, Minnesota, as well as Phoenix, Arizona and Jacksonville, Florida, the non-profit has been recognised more often for its high-quality care than any other academic medical centre in America. Its Rochester site was also named "Hospital of the Year" in US News & World Report's influential annual ranking for the first time last year....
