Three years ago, Beatriz Acevedo tapped into open technology to launch MiTú Network as a new digital assembly point for Latino programming. Using YouTube as her platform, she was able to stitch together a network without the prohibitive cost and formal architecture that traditionally comes with that kind of start-up.
