Warc expects global TV adspend to rise 5% in 2014, to US$221.6bn. TV is forecast to take 39.9% of 2014's total adspend globally ($555bn), followed by internet on 25.4% and newspapers on 15.4%. Of the 12 key markets featured, the US will continue to command by far the greatest share of TV adspend (US$63.7bn), followed by Japan (US$21.8bn) and China (US$15.8bn). the biggest growth in spend is forecast for Brazil, at 11.2% year on year, culminating in adspend of US$12.7bn.
