For years, the 4A's (American Association of Advertising Agencies) has dubbed its annual conference as the "Transformation" assembly.

In 2014, the organization seems poised to fully realize the potential of that promise. Said Chris Weil, chairman/ceo of Momentum Worldwide and current chair of the trade organization, "The 4A's does a good job of being an advocate for the industry and of providing training. But where I felt it was missing was in leading the industry with a broader-based agenda."
