Monday afternoon’s Key Issues Forum 1 tackled the issue of consumer engagement.  Marc Nightengale and Peter O’Reilly talked about the holistic approach NFL is taking to build “fan engagement”.

 

Ned Greenberg and Paul Borgese from the Weather Channel presented a study looking at the level of ad engagement in different media platforms.
