The Art Directors Club of Europe handed out its ADC*E awards in Barcelona over the weekend, with the Grand Prix going to 'Are you still with us?', an integrated campaign developed by JWT Italy for client Heineken Italia.
In all, there were 182 nominations and 24 gold winners, of which 13 went to German campaigns.
JWT's Grand Prix strategy was to target - and, perhaps, terrify - Heineken's young male demographic with a simple message: one day, you, too, will have to grow up, and do grown-up things.

Elsewhwere, cinema commercials gold went to 'Last Call', from Jung von Matt, which did well at the International Advertising Awards last month. The agency also celebrated two gold wins for 'Accurate Picture', a print campaign for current affairs magazine Der Spiegel, in both the newspaper and illustration/photography categories.

There were some familiar campaigns among the other gold winners, including BETC Euro RSCG's 'Rollerbabies' for Danone (online advertising category), and 'The Closet', from BETC Euro RSCG for French TV channel CANAL+ (TV commercials category).
